Wow, that’s so crazy. I accidentally backed my car into a giant (and I mean GIANT) concrete pole in a parking garage once. I know I looked in my rear view mirror before pulling out of my spot, but I didn’t even notice the pole. My head was pounding so badly that I think I was just trying to get home and didn’t actually see what was around me. It’s crazy how our bodies respond when we’re in the throes of that much pain. (I hope you made it home ok from your parents’ old house!)
