Great tips! I’m sadly addicted to my phone. Half the time I’m picking it up and scrolling through my apps without any real desire or need to use them. It’s just habit. It’s even worse when I’m supposed to be writing and will using any excuse to shift my focus to something else. I haven’t heard of Toggl or TomatoTimer. I’m going to check them out now. Thanks for sharing!
