Great piece! I’m surprised that you mentioned having a call with the editor, though, only because every editor I’ve ever worked with has only communicated via email or Twitter. I don’t have phone numbers for any of them. I do wish there were more calls. It would make life so much easier to hash out an issue over the phone rather than going back and forth over email.
